The game do not load, Just stay “shuffling…”.
Probably your navigator cannot download the new version of the game and for this reason your version are not synchronized with our servers.
To solution this: In your navigator (Internet Explore) click in the menu Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files. Then select the options "Delete all off-line content" and click in OK and Ok again.
After that close the game and all windows from the Internet Explore.
In case of you navigator is the Mozzila Firefox try the steps below:

Probably your computer are configured in a very low resolution, the recommended resolution
to play in the NetCartas is 1024x768. Try to change it following the steps below:
- In the Desktop (minimized all the windows) click with the right mouse bottom in the screen and click in the properties options.
- The last tab in the screen is the “Configurations”.
- In the left bottom has an option called as “Screen Resolutions”. Click and drag the bottom until get the number 1024x768. Then you click in the bottom “Apply” and “Ok”.

RANKING - Why my scores has been reduced to zero ?
The scores of all players are reset every first day from the month. The scores are moved to another area to be exhibited in the historic of the monthly scores.
The total of match played, won, lost or abandoned are available to be accessed in each player profile. This procedure is necessary to make all user be in the
monthly rank and do not be disadvantage between who has played in the NetCartas before.

RANKING - Why does not display my name in the rank ?
To be part of the rank your score must be between the 10 biggest scores in whole site.
For now all player can make part of the rank, but when the website be inaugurated just the Memberships will be park of the rank.

BLOCKING -When I try to enter the game it displays a windows wrote that I am blocked to play, what should I do ?
Probably your login has been blocked automatic by the system or even by the NetCartas moderators. The block happing when a user abuse others users with bad words,
racism or prejudice and staffs like that. Also a player can be blocked when he try to fraud the games or even broken our rules. If it is the first time that the
user are blocked and he accept to agree in not do nothing like that again, so he has to open a call in our HelpDesk click here

ABANDON - What is an abandon, how does it work ?
Abandoning is the away that we found to indentify and punish who lives the game match just because he was losing.
The abandon rules just work in the 4 people tables (pairs).
How it works: - In the moment when a player leaves the game match a window is displayed for each user in the table.
This window has a voting system where each player can decide if give a negative point or not for who leaves the game match.
This voting is important because almost player just leave the game match just because he lose the connection, energy lack, peak of tension in the connection or
even he say for everybody that he really need to leave the game. Also we know that have players who leave the game just because he was losing.
So this solution do not affect anyone who do not deserves and try to punish just who really deserves. Also there is the player who is already known in the game
rooms, and in case of disconnection the players will know if it is a bad intention.
Just the first user who leaves the room can be punished, if more one leaves the room, he will not be voted.
